Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, handling customer purchases, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including a cash register and various store tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
