Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to overall store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with customer purchases.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team.
• Assist in inventory management, monitor product levels, and participate in store counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to company policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
