Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred with prior retail work experience.
