Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to be employed
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
- Perform general cleaning tasks per company standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can handle multiple tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
