Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
- Offer feedback to management and participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work well in a team
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is advantageous
