Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe use of equipment such as hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers.
• Proficiency in general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
