Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, operating cash registers, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
