Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and prioritize security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent is welcomed.
