Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting items up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
