Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
