Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and engage in general cleaning
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with company policies

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks within the store environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
