Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the store by merchandising products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operations
• Capable of operating store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
