Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is properly displayed, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with team members, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills on a consistent basis.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Work in harmony with team members and communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent discrepancies.
• Follow company policies while maintaining confidentiality and security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating a cash register accurately.
• Able to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
