Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the store's operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash management policies to prevent losses.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
- Complete assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
