Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in the store's operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash management policies to prevent losses.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
• Complete assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
