We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies to maintain security and confidentiality.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and team player mentality.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for selling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
