Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. standards in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, report issues, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Skilled in general cleaning tasks and following guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both individually and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
