Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide exceptional customer service. This position involves cashiering, merchandising, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain a neat merchandise display, and process customer purchases.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management, monitoring accuracy, and participating in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and operate necessary equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
