Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
