Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
