We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Upkeep cleanliness standards and uphold security measures
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
