Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts according to guidelines and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to local regulations.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
