Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat presentation of merchandise displays.
• Stock shelves efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a courteous demeanor.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
