Job Description

We are hiring a Full Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.

• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and uphold document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for beverage handling and sales.
