Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our customers. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
