Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
