Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in keeping our store organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and maintain cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
