Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate a cash register, follow cash handling procedures, and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform cleaning duties.
