Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably have retail work experience
