Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and efficiency. You will engage with customers, handle transactions, and contribute to the overall success of the store through various tasks, including stocking shelves and providing a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness of the store, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate with management.
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work tasks.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
