Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work well within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
