Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable
