Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
