Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and maintain document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Operate equipment safely and accurately
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
