Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Assist customers at the cash register and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
