Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and other store issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
