Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's merchandising, stocking, and customer service are top-notch. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, maintaining a clean store environment, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
