Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a tidy store environment, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback to enhance product offerings and address any issues.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure store security and data confidentiality.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet the requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
