Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and deliver top-notch service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
