Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides excellent customer service. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandise stocking, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Display the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in cashier operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
