Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays effectively.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
