Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash-handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and attending to store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.
