Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following company guidelines and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Participate in store inventory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
