Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide customers with a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, ensure merchandise displays are neat, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Follow cash policies and minimize losses by adhering to company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
