Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
