Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
