Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide feedback on products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
