Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
