Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues to the management team.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling abilities.
• Operational knowledge of equipment used in a retail setting.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
