Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling integrity.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, handle customer queries, and maintain cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail experience is a plus.
