Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. You will handle various tasks, such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness, to contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are well-organized.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
